A motorcycle which can run on sugar cane ethanol has gone on sale in Brazil. 'Mix', a modified version of Honda CG, can also run gasoline alone or a mixture both ethanol and gasoline.

 

Honda CG is a small motorcycle that is very popular in Brazil with of sales of over 30,000 being reported every month for the original gasoline-only versions.

Honda i-srs Airbag

Honda has unveiled the world’s first intelligent driver-side airbag. Known as the i-SRS airbag system, the new device continuously stages the volume of gas used to inflate the airbag, which enhances occupant protection while significantly reducing the impact of the airbag.

Developed exclusively by Honda, the i-SRS airbag features a spiral-shaped seam structure and a gas release control valve that controls the deployment and the pressure of the airbag.
